On the 9th of October 2014, attending the COE Directors’ Conference, H.E. Ambassador Sorin DUCARU, NATO Assistant Secretary General for Emerging Security Challenges (ESCD), visited the NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence (HCOE).
The HCOE Director, COL (ROU A) Eduard SIMION, presented the mission brief, pointing out the achievements and the future projects of the Centre. He also presented during a walk around, the training and education infrastructure of the Centre as well as the logistics and accommodation capabilities.

The ambassador congratulated the HCOE Director for the outstanding capabilities and achievements, addressing thanks for HCOE hosting such an important event as COE Directors’ Annual Conference.
