On Wednesday, 15 November 2017, a delegation from the Romanian National Defence College visited the NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence.
The delegation was led by Colonel (ret.) Professor Ion ROCEANU, PhD.
Upon arrival, the delegation was welcomed by the Director of the NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence, Colonel Florin-Vasile TOMIUC.
The visit continued with a briefing by Colonel TOMIUC, who described the HCOE’s mission and activities, highlighting its important role and contribution in the Alliance Transformation process.
The participants agreed that the event represented an excellent opportunity for finding new areas of common interest and ways to develop a fruitful academic cooperation between the two institutions.
