Major General Raúl E. ESCRIBANO, Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Intelligence visited the NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence on the 27th of February 2019.
He was accompanied by Colonel Darryl A. RUPP, staff officer, Joint Intelligence and Security Division, NATO HQ.
After attending the briefing provided by the HCOE Director, Colonel Florin-Vasile TOMIUC and touring the HCOE facilities, Major General Raúl E. ESCRIBANO outlined several proposals to increase the impact of HCOE across the Alliance. He then identified key points from the visit that will influence future HUMINT discussions at NATO HQ and thanked, on behalf of the entire NATO team, for the HCOE contributions to the NATO mission.
