On Monday, 20 November 2017, H.E. Mr. Kevin HAMILTON, Ambassador of Canada to Romania, Bulgaria, and the Republic of Moldova visited the NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence. He was accompanied by the Deputy Defense Attaché, Royal Canadian Air Force Lieutenant Colonel David FREAKE.
The distinguished guests were welcomed by the Director of the NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence, Colonel Florin-Vasile TOMIUC, who further presented the HCOE mission, main activities and role of the Centres of Excellence in providing expertise and pioneering new solutions for NATO challenges.
H.E. Mr. Kevin HAMILTON greatly appreciated the warm welcome and declared himself impressed by the HCOE vision and professionalism.
