On the 19th of March, 2025, the United States Defense Attaché to Romania, Colonel Robert Kammerer and the Army Attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Andrew Rember visited the HCOE.
During the event, the HCOE Director, Colonel Gabriel Pascariu presented to the HCOE guests the Centre’s mission and program of work, as well as the HCOE facilities.
The United States of America joined the HCOE in 2012, and ever since United States experts have strengthened the HCOE collaborative efforts in facilitating interoperability among allied forces, developing training programs, and supporting NATO’s strategic objectives.
This engagement underscores the continued importance of NATO’s efforts to modernize its intelligence capabilities and foster stronger cooperation among its members.
