On the 7th of May 2025, NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence was honored to host the visit of the Deputy Commander of Headquarters Multinational Division Southeast, Brigadier General Loïc GIRARD (FRA A), accompanied by his MA, Major Jean HIRSCHAUER.
The HUMINT COE Director, Colonel Gabriel PASCARIU provided to the distinguished guests a comprehensive overview of the Centre’s mission, main activities and projects in support to NATO.
BGEN GIRARD appreciated the Centre’s efforts in developing the HUMINT capability in NATO and outlined the importance of working together as allies in an increasingly complex and interconnected world, to maintain stability, defend common values and advance shared interests.
