Supreme Allied Commander Transformation visits the NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence

On the 30th of October 2014, as part of his visit to Romania, General Jean-Paul PALOMEROS, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (SACT), with a delegation from ACT, visited the NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence (HCOE).

SACT was accompanied by Major General Nicolae CIUCĂ, Deputy Chief of Defense, Major General Cristian-Iulian DINCOVICI, Director of the Romanian Military Intelligence Directorate as well as Brigadier General Cătălin TOMESCU.

The HCOE Director, COL (ROU A) Eduard SIMION, presented the mission brief. During the briefing as well as the presentation of the infrastructure, SACT underlined the importance of the NATO Centres of Excellence for the Strategic Commands, congratulating HCOE Director for the centre’s achievements, future projects for the timely and accurate response to the NATO Requests for Support and the outstanding educational infrastructure.
