On the 25th of January 2023, the NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence Director, Colonel Florin TOMIUC visited the University of Lincoln, United Kingdom, following the invitation of Dr. Craig MARSH, Pro Vice Chancellor and Director of Lincoln International Business School.
During the visit, Colonel Florin TOMIUC and Dr. Craig MARSH signed a Memorandum of Understanding for Institutional Cooperation between the two institutions, a document that covers the general framework for future cooperation between the NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence and the University of Lincoln.
This initial step is to set the foundation for future common endeavours that would combine the knowledge, skills and determination for excellence of a highly rated UK University and the competence, skills and experience of our Centre, in the pursuit of NATO capability development.
