The NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence (HCOE) hosted two important events on lessons learned and best practices within NATO:
– 8-9 MAR 2016, the NATO Lessons Learned Working Group;
– 10-11 MAR 2016, the NATO Centres of Excellence Lessons Learned Workshop.

We were honored to host guests from Allied Command Transformation (ACT) and Allied Command Operations (ACO), NATO Regional Commands and Headquarters as well as from the accredited NATO Centres of Excellence.
During both events the participants focused on assessing how NATO’s Lessons Learned Capabilities, learning from previous operations and exercises, support the Alliance’s ability to prepare for, and conduct, current and future military operations. They also analyzed the ways different organizations manage their Lessons Learned process.
All participants appreciated the HCOE’s excellent training and education as well as lodging facilities.
