On the 20th of July 2017, the HCOE hosted the visit of Montenegro delegation, led by LTC Milan BIGOVIC, Chief of First Division for Intelligence. The HCOE Director, COL Florin TOMIUC, presented HCOE`s mission, projects and the HUMINT training opportunities, as Montenegro joined NATO starting with 5th of June 2017.
The Montenegro delegation was impressed by HCOE achievements, quality of training and level of expertise provided to NATO. The HCOE is the Department Head for HUMINT education and training in NATO, and provides the highest quality products and services in response of the requirements of NATO Command Structures, NATO Forces Structures and NATO Nations.
