HCOE conducts Lessons Learned Data Collection from NATO and partner operations to inform future strategies. Analysis of these missions identifies actionable improvements across doctrine, training, leadership, and interoperability (DOTMLPFI), ensuring lessons translate into tangible advancements.

Exercise Contributions

Participation in NATO exercises enables HCOE to refine HUMINT methodologies and enhance warfighting capabilities. By identifying capability gaps and providing tailored recommendations, the COE directly supports the readiness of NATO Command Structures.
