On the 4th of April 2024, HUMINT COE Director, Colonel Iulian BARBU, signed in Lisbon a Memorandum of Understanding between HUMINT COE and the Ministry of National Defense of the Portuguese Republic. The document establishes the principles of cooperation in the HUMINT E&T, exchange of technical and operational knowledge, as well as participation in research projects on areas of common interest.
