The HCOE Lodge is a military accommodation facility located within HCOE compound.

Note: HCOE Lodge can be used only by military personnel (active duty or retirees), and NATO civilian staff, with or without their families. Apart from a valid identity card, or passport, a military ID is compulsory when checking-in.

1. HCOE LODGE FACILITIES:
a. The HCOE Lodge offers all the necessary facilities for a safe, pleasant stay in a location that is minutes away from the city centre and many local attractions, including swimming, shopping, fine dining and cultural events.
b. All accommodation units come with air conditioning, mini fridge, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, private bathroom.
c. Self-service laundry and ironing facilities are available on site, at no extra charge.
d. Breakfast will be served at the Lodge dining room.
e. Parking is available on site, at no additional costs. Reservation is not required.
f. Pets are not allowed.
g. A fitness facility and sport area (football and tennis court) are available for guests after 16.00.
h. A conference room up to 160 pax is available for guests. Reservation is required.
i. Oradea Airport is 4 km away and can be reached by taxi.

2. TYPE OF ROOMS:

a. Double Rooms / Twin Rooms – for maximum 3 people

• consist ofone bedroom and one bathroom

• one matrimonial bed / two single beds. Additional extendable bed or crib upon request

b. Junior Suites – for maximum 5 people

• consist of one living room with open space kitchenette, one bedroom, and one bathroom

• one matrimonial bed and one sofa bed. Additional extendable bed or crib upon request

c. Apartment – for maximum 7 people

• consists of one living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms

• two matrimonial beds and one sofa. Additional extendable bed or crib upon request.

3. HCOE LODGE RULES:

ACCOMMODATION PRINCIPLES
a. At check-in, the guests of HCOE Lodge must present: ldentity Card, or Passport together with a NATO / National Military ldentity Card (or equivalent). For families, at least one family member must present a NATO / National Military ldentity Card (equivalent).
b. Twin rooms will be allocated when double rooms are unavailable.
c. Reservation cancellation is free of charge. Reservation will be automatically cancelled in case of no show or no notice at the end of the first reservation day.
d. Payments will be made solely by using the Point of Sell (POS) Terminal.
e. Reservations can be made only between 60 and at least one working day prior to checking in.

SECURITY REGULATIONS
a. Photography is strictly prohibited on site.
b. The Wi-Fi internet network is monitored.
c. There is a strict no-smoking policy in the HCOE Lodge.
d. Penalty charges or other actions can be taken in case of breaking the house rules or losses / damages.

4. ROOM RATES:
The normal accommodation rate / night:

* in case of the HCOE Lodge low occupancy (max 5 PAX), breakfast will be served as cold packaged food.
